Kitchen Assistant / Cook (Part Time with CPF, Min 5 hours/day) at Jewel Changi

Work hours:

We are looking for permanent staffs (with CPF) who wants to work shorter hours:

• Per day: Able to commit at least 5 hours per day
• Per week: Able to commit at least 5 days (include Sat, Sun, and Public Holidays)
• Open for discussion if you can work more hours per day and more days per week

Responsibilities:

• Work in the kitchen assisting chefs, cook, food preparation tasks, marinate meats
• Support chefs ensure the kitchen area is clean, organized, washing dishes, and kitchen utensils
• Properly store ingredients, label dated items and assist with stock rotation, ensuring compliance with food safety guidelines
• Handle and dispose of kitchen waste appropriately
• Work collaboratively and respectfully with all kitchens and front-of-house staff
• Assist with other kitchen duties as needed to ensure efficient kitchen operations.

Requirements:

• Valid Food Hygiene Certificate (WSQ Food Safety Course Level 1)
• Min 2 years of F&B experiences
• Speak clearly to communicate with customers and team members
• Present yourself in a well-groomed, positive working attitude and professional manner
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work shifts, evenings, weekends, and public holidays
