UI/UX Designer

• Location: Central Singapore
• Working Hours: Normal Office Hours (Hybrid)
• Salary: Up to $9,000 + AWS

We are looking for an experienced UI/UX Designer to create intuitive, user-centric digital experiences by combining user research with thoughtful interface design. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to transform user insights into engaging and functional product experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct user research using methods such as interviews, surveys, usability testing, and other qualitative or quantitative approaches.
• Analyse research findings to identify user needs, pain points, and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop user personas, journey maps, experience maps, and user scenarios to guide design decisions.
• Translate research insights into wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
• Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on user feedback.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to deliver user-centred solutions.
• Prepare and maintain design documentation, including user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and design specifications.
• Present design concepts and clearly communicate design rationale to project teams and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of UI/UX design experience with a strong emphasis on user research and user-centred design.
• Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, Graphic Design, or a related discipline.
• Hands-on experience conducting user research and translating insights into practical design solutions.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar platforms.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end UX and UI design projects.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is an advantage but not required.
