Hospital Patient Account Officer (1 Year Contract) - HSN

We are hiring under Recruit Express headcount and you will be deployed to :

Location: Orchard

Working hours: 5 day work week; 42 hours per week

Mon to Fri: 0800hrs to 1800hrs

Sat, Sun, PH: 0800hrs to 1400hrs/1600hrs/1700hrs

Salary: $2600

Job descriptions:

• Perform billing and cashiering• Process bill upon discharge, present bill for payment collection at patient's bedside

• Ensure bills are processed timely and accurately, including Drs' fees

• To follow up on any bill queries/disputes• Accord discounts and raise supporting documentations

• Reply to BO related queries via email or calls
