Group Fitness Coach – Full-Time

Job Description:

We’re searching for passionate, energetic and committed group fitness coaches who love helping others become stronger, fitter and more confident every day.
At Body Fit Training (BFT), we deliver science-based group training programs designed to improve strength, conditioning and overall fitness for all levels.

Responsibilities:

• Coach high-quality group fitness sessions following BFT programming.
• Ensure a safe, motivating, and engaging environment for all participants.
• Motivate and inspire clients, creating a positive, energetic, and supportive training environment.
• Onboard & monitor members’ progress, track achievements, and make necessary adjustments to help them reach their goals.
• Member and trial management and administrative duties.
• Social Media handling
• Engage in studio promotional campaigns
• Maintain studio standards and deliver an exceptional member experience.
  

Requirements:

• Recognised fitness certs: ACE / NCSF / NASM / FIC / FISAF.
• CPR/ AED Certified.
• Prior experience in group training, strength & conditioning, or functional fitness coaching is an advantage.
• Strong communication skills, positive attitude, and passionate about helping members achieve their goals and grow in confidence.Please submit the following documents:
