About this job
- Implement, maintain, and enforce the Company's Quality Control Plan, procedures, and quality objectives for ready-mix concrete production.
- Ensure that incoming raw materials are sampled, inspected, tested, and accepted in accordance with approved specifications, testing plans, and applicable standards.
- Monitor concrete batching and production processes to ensure compliance with approved mix designs, production procedures, and customer specifications.
- Review and verify test results and investigate abnormal trends or deviations from established control limits.
- Support the development, optimisation, and validation of concrete mix designs to meet strength, durability, workability, and other project-specific requirements.
- Work closely with Technical, Production, and Operations teams to resolve production and quality-related issues.
- Investigate the root causes of quality issues, production deviations, and customer complaints.
- Coordinate with project teams, contractors, consultants, and testing laboratories where necessary to address quality-related matters.
- Maintain a safe, professional, and positive working environment and communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
