Service Crew & Cashier | Full Time | High Earning Potential |Music Bar Environment

Ipanema World Music Bar is looking for charismatic and energetic Server/Cashier to join our fun, friendly team in a fast-paced environment, creating memorable experiences with great food, craft drinks, and good times.

Responsibilities:

• Set up service areas and warmly welcome guests, creating a friendly and comfortable start to their experience
• Take orders confidently, guide guests through the menu, make recommendations, and upsell food and beverages when appropriate
• Keep service flowing smoothly by clearing tables, refilling drinks, and maintaining a clean and organized dining area
• Operate the POS system, process cash and card payments efficiently while engaging with guests and contributing to a positive, energetic, and fun dining atmosphere

• Friendly, outgoing personality with a genuine passion for hospitality
• Strong food & beverage knowledge, with the ability to make great recommendations and food pairings
• Able to multitask, stay organized, communicate well, and work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Required Academic Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum "N" Level with strong written, verbal, and comprehension skills in English.
• Prior experience in a Server/Cashier role is a plus, but extensive on-the job training will be provided

Work Environment: Primarily based at our establishment, with occasional support at sister outlets if required.
