Supply Chain Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Supply Chain Manager. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our supply chain processes. Job Summary

Responsible for managing end-to-end supply chain operations, ensuring product availability, cost efficiency, operational effectiveness, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage production planning, demand forecasting, inventory, and distribution.
• Oversee procurement, supplier management, negotiations, and supplier performance.
• Monitor supply chain costs, budgets, and cost-saving opportunities.
• Oversee warehouse, logistics, and inventory operations.
• Ensure compliance with GDP, GDPMDS, SOPs, and regulatory requirements.
• Manage product quality issues, complaints, audits, insurance, and claims.
• Identify supply risks and maintain alternative sourcing plans.
• Support product registration, pricing, principals, and business development initiatives.
• Drive process improvements and operational efficiency.
• Undertake ad-hoc projects assigned by Management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy, Supply Chain or related field.
• Relevant experience in supply chain management, preferably at managerial level.
• Strong knowledge of procurement, inventory, warehouse, logistics, and planning.
• Knowledge of GDP/GDPMDS and regulatory requirements.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant supply chain systems.
