ELECTRICAL ENGINEER

Maintenance,projects in New Phoenix Park (MHA), Enabling village, HDB, MSF and DSTA. Lead a team of technicians and supervisors for facilities maintenance relative activities.  Documentation of breakdown and repair works. source of quotations and prepare work orders.  Maintenance of ACMV, Electrical, Fire alarm and sprinkler, BMS System Monitoring  Supervise and ensure works are in accordance to the contract drawings and specifications. Monitored and repaired building maintenance on a regular basis.  Familiarity with generators, control system, and related.  Attend to all issues. To troubleshoot, rectification, modification, improvement works.  Performed all sewer line cleanings and plumbing system repairs on a regular basis.  Assessed and replaced faulty lights and fixtures.  Oversee all regular painting of building exteriors and interiors.  Supervised all laundry heating refrigeration and air conditioning systems monitoring and maintenance on regular basis.  Assist contractors to do monthly maintenance activities for ACMV, FAS, PA, and Security.  Assist Engineer planning, controlling of all preventive and breakdown maintenance.  Excellent knowledge of hand and power tools usage.  Conduct site inspections and data logging for critical M&E systems.  Prepare incident report if had any incident occurs.  Perform investigation and rectification works and update the Engineers/Manager.  Good physical stamina to lift heavy equipment and perform repetitive tasks.  Liaise with contractors for any data hall set up & project installation works.  Perform any other duties as assigned by building manager.  Assigning of modification work according to site condition.  To rectify M&E issues for repair and maintenance work.  Responsible for keeping daily work record, including additional work claims to the clients and from the subcontractors.
