SALES SUPERVISOR

Supervise and support the daily activities of the retail sales team.

Ensure the team achieves monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Train, coach, and motivate sales staff to improve their performance.

Monitor sales results and provide regular performance reports to management.

Assist customers with product inquiries and ensure excellent customer service.

Monitor product displays, stock levels, and overall store presentation.

Implement sales promotions and company campaigns effectively at the store level.

Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional manner.

Coordinate staff schedules and ensure adequate sales floor coverage.

Work closely with the Store Manager and other departments to improve sales and operational efficiency.
