Sales Supervisor

We are looking for a reliable, motivated, and hands-on Sales Supervisor to support the daily sales operations of our showroom and retail business. The ideal candidate is responsible, customer-focused, and able to lead the sales team to achieve targets while ensuring smooth day-to-day showroom operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and support the daily operations of the showroom and sales floor
• Lead, guide, and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets and service standards
• Attend to customer enquiries and provide excellent product knowledge and service
• Monitor sales performance and recommend practical ways to improve results
• Ensure showroom displays, product presentation, and overall appearance are maintained to a high standard
• Assist with customer orders, follow-ups, and after-sales service
• Handle customer feedback and resolve issues professionally
• Coordinate with warehouse, delivery, and operations teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment
• Train new sales staff and support ongoing team development
• Prepare basic sales reports and update management on sales activities
• Support ad hoc sales and operational duties as assigned

Requirements

• Proven experience in retail sales, showroom sales, or a similar supervisory role
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Able to lead a team and work independently
• Responsible, hardworking, and target-driven
• Positive attitude and willing to support different sales and operational needs
• Comfortable using basic computer systems, messaging apps, and sales-related tools
• Singapore Class 3 driving licence is an advantage

Preferred Skills

• Experience in furniture, showroom, or retail sales
• Experience supervising a sales team
• Ability to understand customer needs and close sales effectively
• Good problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer issues professionally

Working Hours

• 6 days work week
• Working hours to be discussed during interview
