Sales Admin Executive

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with relevant departments to support pre-sales and post-sales activities ensuring excellent customer service delivery
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries and complaints, managing communication from order receipt to timely delivery
• Prepare and submit quotations, schedule appointments, and create presentation materials within set deadlines
• Coordinate with suppliers and assist with logistics to ensure timely receipt of materials meeting promised turnaround times
• Maintain close follow-up and build strong business relationships to support customer satisfaction
• Perform general administrative tasks to support sales operations

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• GCE 'A' level or Diploma
• Minimum three years of relevant work experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• We are seeking candidates proficient in Chinese to effectively communicate with Chinese-speaking clients.
• Ability to work independently under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and manage multiple tasks with attention to detail and self-motivation
