Junior Merchandiser (Off-Trade)

Job Summary

Manage stock allocation and depletion across outlets, ensure effective product display, coordinate promotions, and support sales growth through operational and marketing activities.

Responsibilities

• Manage stock allocation by referring to purchase orders and ensure products are delivered to designated outlets accurately
• Visit outlets regularly to verify proper product display and stock levels
• Monitor weekly stock depletion in key outlets and report sales performance and customer feedback to the sales team
• Plan and implement new stock planograms to optimize product placement
• Replenish stock at outlets to maintain inventory levels and sales readiness
• Ensure in-store retail displays are attractive and effective to drive customer engagement
• Coordinate promotional activities and events to boost sales within designated outlets
• Identify and propose new sales opportunities to support business growth
• Learn and apply marketing, promotion, and visual merchandising strategies
• Build and maintain relationships with buyers and partners to expand network
• Perform other duties as assigned

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Proficient in MS Office applications to support reporting and communication
• Strong analytical skills to assess stock data and sales trends
• Organized with attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Own transportation is an advantage to facilitate outlet visits
