VP, MarTech & Intelligence (Team Lead, Listed FI)

Behind every effective B2B marketing function sits an operating engine — the technology, data and governance that turn campaigns into pipeline and pipeline into revenue. A leading listed financial institution with a significant presence in Singapore's financial markets is investing in that engine and is looking for a VP to build and run it.

This is a senior, hands-on mandate. You'll take ownership of the firm's marketing technology, account-based marketing, channel governance, performance measurement and customer intelligence — and put them to work lifting audience targeting, campaign effectiveness and client engagement across digital, media, content and events. Working alongside the wider Marketing & Communications and CRM/Sales teams, and leading a small specialist team of your own, your remit is to design a scalable marketing operating system that carries prospects from first touch through to deeper, longer-term relationships.

Where the role focuses

Technology & automation — Own and continuously refine the MarTech stack (ABM, email, marketing automation, CRM integration and the platforms around them), and lead transformation work across automation, process and tooling.

Engagement & growth — Design digital programmes that convert prospects, progress opportunities and open cross-sell and up-sell paths, mapping and improving user journeys across web, email, campaigns and events.

Intelligence & insight — Direct the marketing intelligence agenda across customer and market research, competitor analysis, social listening, audience analytics and stakeholder insight, and build the dashboards that turn signals into recommendations leadership can act on.

Partnership & governance — Connect marketing activity to CRM intelligence, opportunity analytics and business outcomes in partnership with Sales; hold the line on digital channel governance and attestation; and manage research, MarTech and analytics partners to deliver measurable value.

The background that fits

You'll bring well over a decade across digital marketing, marketing operations, MarTech, analytics or customer intelligence, underpinned by a degree in a marketing, business, analytics or data-related discipline. You'll have run MarTech platforms first-hand — Salesforce, Dotdigital, HubSpot or similar — spanning ABM, email, automation and CRM integration, ideally in B2B financial services or a comparably sophisticated environment.

Just as important is what you do with the data: a real ability to link marketing to CRM intelligence, opportunity analytics and business results; strong command of segmentation, digital journeys and campaign measurement; and fluency in visualisation tools such as Power BI or Looker Studio. You'll have managed agencies, vendors and cross-functional stakeholders, led people, and you'll bring the analytical rigour, communication skill and hands-on ownership this role calls for.
