Working Hours

• 4 weekdays: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM
• 1 weekend day: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Responsibilities

• Process and verify documents to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Prepare, organise, and maintain documentation
• Coordinate with customers and internal departments on documentation matters
• Follow up on outstanding documents and requests
• Update and maintain accurate records in the system
• Handle customer enquiries and provide administrative support
• Perform data entry and prepare basic reports
• Ensure all tasks are completed accurately and within the required timelines
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with company policies and procedures
• Assist with general administrative and operational duties as assigned
