Director, Corporate Accounts

We are looking for an experienced Director, Corporate Accounts. This is not a maintenance role but a build role. You are starting with a clean slate and have full authority over how the division wins and runs contracts. This is for a hunter role, we need someone with a never-say-die attitude

Your Responsibilities:

• Win new IFM/Corporate contracts and grow renewals
• Prepare tenders and quotations that protects margin
• Being organised, maintain good paperwork
• Good communication skills; ability to communicate with all levels

What we need from you:

• Track record running or growing an IFM/FM portfolio in Singapore
• Wide contacts with Facility Managers/Building owners
• Prior experience submitting tenders/quotations
• A never say die attitude, a hunter mentality

Compensation:

• A competitive base salary
• Uncapped commission
