Job Summary

You will be responsible for producing accurate, high-quality project drawings, coordinating with project teams to identify design conflicts, and supporting project documentation and administrative tasks to ensure smooth project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Create detailed 2D and 3D renderings of projects using manual drafting and computer-assisted design software to visualize finished outcomes
• Collaborate with clients, design teams, and project managers to develop sketches, master plans, and perspective drawings aligned with project goals
• Revise 2D and 3D drawings based on feedback to reflect required alterations accurately
• Prepare and update project drawings following ISO 9001 procedures to maintain quality standards
• Coordinate with site staff to produce shop drawings and detailed drawings for pre-fabrication, ensuring constructability
• Develop CAD and/or BIM support tools to enhance business processes and project efficiency
• Design layout drawings using 2D and 3D software to meet project specifications
• Review and verify drawings for accuracy and completeness before submission to stakeholders
• Produce as-built drawings by coordinating with site staff and conducting site verification to document final conditions
• Manage tender document schedules by organizing printing, stamping, and binding of drawings and specifications
• Assist relevant parties with administrative tasks and quantity take-offs to support project costing and documentation
• Extract Bills of Quantity accurately from drawings to aid project budgeting
• Maintain and update project drawing records and perform weekly backups to ensure data integrity
• Consistently adhere to company policies, rules, and regulations while diligently completing assigned tasks
