Senior Executive, Quality Assurance

Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for a dedicated and experience Senior Executive *Quality Assurance) to join our team for Enhanced Registration Framework (ERF) and Edutrust Certification Scheme. In this role, you will play a key role in ensuring compliance with ERF, Edutrust and ATO requirements; conducting audits and enhancing quality assurance processes to uphold the highest standards in education and student protection.

Key Responsibilities:

Under ERF, you are required to maintain updates and records are proper for the following:

• Registration of PEI
• Approval changes of PEI names
• Approval for changes to premises
• Notification on changes to managers
• Notification on changes in memebership of Academic and Examination Board
• Notification on deployment of teachers
• Seeking permission to offer courses (locally or overseas)
• Change of ownership of PEI

Under Edutrust Certification Scheme and ATO, you are required to prepare and maintain updates and records are proper for the following:

• Develop and implement Quality Frameworks - establish and maintain an Education Excellence Framework that aligns with CPE and SkillsFuture standards
• Regulatory Compliance - Ensure all poicies, systems and procedures comply with Edutrust requirements
• Audit and Continuous Improvement - Conduct regular internal audits, identify areasa for improvement, and implement corrective actions
• Documentation and Reporting - MAintain comprehensive records of quality assurance processes, audits and findings for compliance and continuous improvement
• Collaborate across Departments - Work closely with different teams to enhance institutional policies and ensure consistent quality standards
• Monitor Corrective Actions - Verify that corrective and preventive actions are effectively implemented and sustaines

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree holder with a minimum of 2 years of experience in ATO; ERF; Edutrust Quality Assurance
• Strong understanding of ATO; ERF; Edutrust certification principles and quality assurance frameworks
• Experience in auditing and process improvements within an educational institution or similar environment
• Excellent problem-solving skills; with the ability to identify root causes and develop effective solutions
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple task effectively
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic and cross-functional environment
• ACTA / ACLP and DACE / DDDLP qualifications will be advantageous
• PDPC Certified qualifications will be advantageous
