Job Summary

Provide accounting support by managing accounts receivable and payable tasks, processing staff monthly claims and incentives calculations, and supporting the Finance and HR teams with administrative duties.

Responsibilities

• Use current accounting software proficiently to manage financial transactions and records
• Verify invoices against supporting documents to ensure accurate and timely payment processing
• Generate purchase orders to support procurement activities and maintain supply chain efficiency
• Prepare and execute payments to vendors and suppliers promptly to maintain good vendor relations
• Create customer invoices and related documentation to facilitate accurate revenue collection
• Organize and maintain filing systems to ensure easy document retrieval and compliance with company policies
• Process staff claims and calculate various incentives accurately according to company policies
• Provide administrative support to Finance and HR teams to enhance daily operational efficiency

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience handling accounts-related tasks preferred
• Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in Accountancy preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) preferred
• Demonstrate a positive working attitude and willingness to learn and explore new skills preferred
