Job Summary

Join Red Chamber Entertainment Pte Ltd as a Central Kitchen Cook, preparing food following standardized recipes and Singapore Food Services guidelines while working rotating shifts to support kitchen operations efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook food according to standardized recipes to ensure consistent quality and taste
• Apply basic culinary techniques to produce menu items that meet Singapore Food Services guidelines
• Follow food safety and hygiene standards to maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment
• Collaborate effectively with team members to complete kitchen tasks and meet service demands
• Adapt to rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays, to support business needs
• Demonstrate a positive learning attitude to improve culinary skills and kitchen processes

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• 1 to 3+ years of experience working in an F&B kitchen or food production environment
• Ability to work well within a team environment

• Location: Pandon Loop
• Working hours: 10.30am - 10.30pm (Shift Work)
• Salary: $3000 - $4000
• Preference: Full-time job
