Senior Quantity Surveyor (MNC / Ang Mo Kio)

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit monthly progress claims, variation claims, and commercial documentation.
• Support EOT, Loss & Expense claims by coordinating with project teams and site records.
• Monitor project costs, budgets, and provide commercial reporting to management.
• Guide project QS teams on contract administration, measurements, and claim procedures.

Job Requirements

• At least a diploma with 5–8 years of Quantity Surveying experience on large-scale infrastructure or complex building projects.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore construction contracts, especially PSSCOC and SIA.
• Experienced in claims, variations, cost control, and commercial management.
