A&P Executive (6 Months Contract)

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, coordinating events and activations (e.g., seasonal promotions, product launches, family events, festivals, etc.) to drive engagement and foot traffic.

• Support tenants with campaign ideas and co-branded marketing materials that align with the shopping centers' strategy.

• Provide tenants with updates on upcoming events, promotional opportunities, and marketing initiatives.

• Liaise with agencies to manage the shopping centers' social media accounts, including content creation, scheduling, and engagement.

• Ensure the website is regularly updated with relevant content and promotions.

• Prepare reports on marketing campaign performance, social media metrics, and other KPIs

• Manage marketing-related administrative tasks, including purchase orders, invoices, and budget tracking.

• Cover Concierge counter when need arises

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related discipline.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing communications, retail marketing, events, promotions, or related roles.

• Candidates with experience in shopping malls will be preferred.

• Experience in supporting marketing campaigns, events, promotions, and tenant engagement activities.

• Good written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; experience with digital marketing platforms and social media management

• Able to work independently, coordinate with multiple stakeholders, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.

• Immediate availability or short notice period is preferred.
