About the opportunity

A well-established multinational group is seeking a commercially minded lawyer to support its regional manufacturing operations.

Location

Singapore

The role

You will partner closely with business and functional teams on commercial contracts, regulatory matters and legal risk across the region.

Key responsibilities

Draft and negotiate complex customer, supplier and commercial agreements

Advise management on cross-border transactions, compliance and operational matters

Support corporate exercises, including M&A, joint ventures and restructuring

Manage disputes, claims and external counsel

Assist with governance, corporate secretarial and intellectual property matters

Improve contract templates, legal processes and technology-enabled workflows

Conduct training and support junior legal team members where required

Requirements

Law degree from a recognised university

Approximately 4–8 years of PQE gained in-house and/or with an established law firm

Strong commercial contracting and stakeholder-management skills

Exposure to manufacturing, technology or regional businesses would be advantageous

Practical, independent and comfortable handling multiple workstreams
