Front Desk Customer Service/Administrative Role

Job Summary

Support daily retail operations by managing customer service, handling payments, responding to enquiries, and covering front desk duties in a fast-paced environment, especially during weekends.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer service interactions to provide clear and helpful responses to in-person enquiries
• Process incoming and outgoing payments accurately to ensure smooth transactions
• Plan and execute daily operational tasks to maintain efficient retail workflow
• Cover front desk duties including answering phone calls and performing assigned ad-hoc tasks
• Adapt to fast-paced retail environments, especially during busy weekend hours
• Work across multiple Singapore locations as required to support operations

Other Information

• Retail hours include weekends; weekdays start from 2pm, weekends from 9am
• Two off days during weekdays; OFF on public holidays
• Lunch provided during weekends (Saturday & Sunday)
