Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive Application Officer (Project & Development) to coordinate projects while supporting application development and enhancement initiatives. The role combines IT, project coordination, and communication skills, with a strong focus on presenting project ideas to various stakeholders.

Job Responsibilities

• Coordinate projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
• Support application development, maintenance, and system enhancements.
• Gather requirements and work with stakeholders to translate ideas into practical solutions.
• Prepare and present project concepts, updates, and proposals to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Develop clear and engaging presentation and digital materials to communicate project ideas.
• Monitor project progress, risks, documentation, and deliverables.
• Identify opportunities for process and technology improvements.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in IT, Computer Science, Communications, Digital Media, Business, or related fields.
• Basic to intermediate programming skills such as Python or JavaScript.
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• IT background with the ability to communicate and present technical concepts effectively.
• Proactive, analytical, adaptable, and willing to learn.
• Media/digital experience is an advantage, particularly in presenting and communicating project ideas to various stakeholders. This role is not focused on media or broadcasting technology.
