About this job
Job Scope
- Overseeing daily workshop operations
- Knowledgeable in hydraulics, engine overhaul and electrical system.
- Update management on the status of repairs on weekly meeting
- Follow up with equipment preventive schedule
- Planning and assigning team for daily repairs / maintenance work
- Lead and manage all workshop activities, including preventive maintenance, repairs, inspections, fabrication, and equipment refurbishment.
- Plan and prioritize workshop schedules to ensure equipment availability for projects.
- Monitor workshop productivity, efficiency, and quality of work.
Skills & Qualifications
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline
- 3 years of experience in Crane & Transport maintenance
- 3 years in a management role
- Knowledge of Crawler Cranes, Mobile Cranes, Trailers, Hydraulic systems, Diesel engines, and Lifting equipment
- Familiar with WSH regulations
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
