SENIOR QUANTITY SURVEYOR

Job Scope

· Performs cost estimates and analysis for potential projects that have been selected for tender.

· Prepare tender and quotations.

· Review and analyze Contract Agreement of a project from the client.

· Review and prepare contract agreement to subcontractors and suppliers.

· Progress claim to client.

· Finalization of claim/account.

· Liaising with site managers, clients, contractors, and subcontractors.

· Preparing reports, analyses, contracts, budgets, risk assessment, and other documents.

· Advising managers and clients on improvements and new strategies.

· Keeping track of materials and ordering more when required.

· Documenting any changes in design and updating budgets.

· Establishing and maintaining professional relationships with external and internal stakeholders.

Requirements

· At least a Diploma in quantity surveying, engineering, management, or similar.

· Must have at least 3 years experience as QS, prefarrably in Facade Industry

· Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.

· Excellent negotiating and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to organize, plan, and strategize.

· Great networking abilities.

Applicant must be willing to work in Tuas area. Shuttle service is provided.
