Site Engineer

We are looking for someone who has Building and Construction, Steel and Structural, aluminium works and Safety Knowledge, or the construction site knowledge professional firm.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage site quality, budget, product knowledge, and delivery arrangements to ensure project success
• Instruct employees on machine operation, safety protocols, and company policies to maintain a safe work environment
• Inspect inputs and outputs against established quality standards and purchase orders to ensure material compliance
• Coordinate workflow, processes, and machinery usage to optimize site productivity
• Research and recommend procedures for facility or equipment maintenance, including machine replacement, to improve operations
• Monitor team performance and work procedures to meet production schedules effectively
• Provide clear direction for project tasks and hold team members accountable for safety, quality, and production outcomes
• Conduct daily briefings with workers to review site goals and provide performance feedback

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a site engineer in construction, steel structural, or aluminium works, or possession of related safety certification
• In-depth knowledge of extrusion procedures, equipment, and Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) guidelines
• Ability to read and interpret AutoCAD or 3D drawings
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and responsiveness in managing site challenges
• Strong integrity and honesty in work practices
• Observant of project timelines and able to follow instructions from production supervisors while managing administrative tasks
