Accountant

Conda Capital is an investment fund. As we continue to expand, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Accountant to join our finance function.

The accountant will assist with book-keeping, treasury function and finance related matters. This role requires a hands-on approach, with responsibilities ranging from day-to-day operational tasks to some level of financial planning for the firm.

Key Responsibilities:

Treasury & Cash Management

· Make necessary payments

· Manage cash flow, bank accounts and liquidity

Tax & Regulatory Compliance

· Work with external tax advisor for GST reporting and corporate tax returns

Financial Control & Reporting

· Oversee full set of accounts and ensure timely and accurate monthly book-keeping

· Prepare annual financial statements

· Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and SFRS standards

· Implement financial controls and maintain accurate financial records

Requirements:

· Minimally a diploma in Accounting

· Proven experience 3-5 years in a finance, preferably within the asset management or hedge fund.

· Strong knowledge of financial regulations, accounting standards, and tax laws.

· Proficiency in financial software and tools (e.g.,Excel, Quickbooks, etc.).

· Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization.
