SUPERVISOR

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and responsible individual to support our wholesale trading operations. The role involves handling a variety of products, coordinating with suppliers and customers, processing orders, preparing documentation, and supporting daily business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with purchasing, sales, and wholesale distribution activities.
• Coordinate with suppliers, customers, and business partners.
• Process purchase orders, sales orders, quotations, invoices, and related documents.
• Monitor inventory, product availability, deliveries, and order status.
• Assist with logistics and delivery coordination.
• Maintain accurate records and update relevant databases or systems.
• Handle customer enquiries and provide timely follow-up.
• Support general administrative and operational tasks.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

• Minimum secondary education or relevant qualifications in Business, Administration, Sales, or a related field are an advantage.
• Previous experience in wholesale, trading, sales, purchasing, logistics, or administration is preferred but not essential.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office or similar software.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good organisational and time-management skills.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and willing to learn.
• Able to communicate effectively with customers and suppliers.
