FMCG Sales Executive (Field/Channel/Key Accounts)

Job Summary

Drive sales growth and market expansion by managing daily sales operations, building strong customer relationships, and leading a sales team. Ensure product visibility and availability through regular outlet visits and collaborate with internal teams for seamless order fulfillment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular visits to outlets to ensure product visibility, monitor stock levels, and verify product availability
• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet targets and drive business growth
• Build and sustain strong relationships with supermarket chains and key customers to enhance market presence
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market reach
• Negotiate commercial terms, promotions, and product listings with customers to optimize sales outcomes
• Monitor sales performance, analyze market trends, and track competitors’ activities to inform strategy
• Collaborate with internal operational teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and deliver excellent customer service

Ideal Candidate:

• Proven experience in sales management in supermarket, FMCG or food industry

• Strong network and experience dealing with supermarket chains

• Results-oriented, proactive and able to work independently

• Possess a strong understanding of the Singapore retail market

• Team player with strong stakeholder management skills
