Senior Logistic Admin (West/ Up to $2600/ 1 year contract/5.5D)

As a Logistics Admin, you'll help make sure the orders are prepared correctly and delivered on time.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and process warehouse documents
• Update inventory and stock records accurately
• Print picking lists, delivery orders and labels
• Coordinate with warehouse, transport and customer service teams
• Monitor inbound and outbound shipment documentation
• Perform data entry into the Warehouse Management System (WMS)
• Handle filing and maintain accurate records
• Assist with inventory counts and stock reconciliation
• Support daily warehouse administrative activities
• Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by the supervisor

Requirements

• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Excel, Word & Outlook)
• Able to perform data entry accurately
• Experience in leading 2-4 people
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Able to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Experience using a WMS or SAP is an advantage
