Air Freight Officer [Airway Bill | $3500 | East]

Job Highlights:

• 6-Months Contract, Up to $3,500 per month
• 📍 Location: Airline Cargo Road, Singapore
• 📅 Working Days: 5.5 Days | Monday–Saturday
• 📅Working Hours: Mon - Fri (12PM to 9PM) | Sat (11AM - 3PM)

Job Responsibilities:

• Monitor CargoWise alerts and follow up on operational issues.
• Coordinate with airlines and internal teams to track bookings and resolve delays.
• Arrange air freight bookings through airline and carrier portals.
• Ensure shipments meet perishable and Dangerous Goods (DG) requirements.
• Arrange temperature-controlled services when required.
• Prepare Air Waybills (AWB) and Master Air Waybills (MAWB) and shipping documents accurately according to customer and destination requirements.
• Prepare Letter of Credit (LC) documents and supporting paperwork.
• Follow customer instructions and ensure all required shipping documents are complete.
• Coordinate with airlines and internal teams to ensure smooth and timely shipment delivery.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year relevant experience, preferably in freight forwarding, air freight or logistics.
• Experience with CargoWise and airline booking systems is an advantage.
• Good attention to detail and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
