Technician

Our client is the global leader in commercial real estate services and investments. With their current expansion, they are looking for a Facilities Technician to join the team.

• Oversee, manage, and accompany contractors during scheduled maintenance for various systems and functions within the building.

• Carry out technical tasks as an initial response to building issues.

• Manage and maintain Chiller System, ACMV, Building Management Systems (BMS).

• Perform routine maintenance on building systems

• Perform minor repairs, change lighting, address power outages, and assist with moving and setting up spaces.

• Provide facilities management services for assigned buildings, including preventive maintenance, pest control, landscaping, and security management through appointed contractors and subcontractors.

• Investigate, assess, and analyze reported breakdowns and faults to identify their causes and prevent future issues.

• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by your supervisor.

If you are someone with the following, lets chat!

• Minimum Nitec in Engineering or a related field.

• At least 3 years of working experience in M&E trades, including chiller systems, or an equivalent qualification in Facilities Management or Building Services.

• Proven technical expertise with strong troubleshooting skills.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with tenants.

• 5.5 days work week
• 1.5 years contract
