About the role
We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Operations Admin to support the daily operations of our F&B outlets. The role will involve administrative work, outlet checks, CCTV monitoring, staff skills assessments, training coordination, and operational support.
Key responsibilities
Provide administrative support to the Operations team and outlets, including preparing reports, checklists, schedules, and other operational documents.
Maintain proper records and filing of operational documents and follow up with outlets on operational matters and outstanding issues.
Conduct regular outlet visits to check cleanliness, food safety, hygiene, and operational standards.
Ensure outlets follow company SOPs and operational guidelines, and conduct compliance checks and follow up on issues identified.
Conduct regular CCTV checks of the outlets and monitor staff compliance with company procedures and operational standards.
Review CCTV footage when required for operational issues, customer complaints, or incidents, and report irregularities to the Operations Manager.
Conduct staff skills assessment tests to evaluate employees' knowledge and operational skills.
Maintain staff assessment records and coordinate with outlet supervisors and Operations Managers on staff training needs.
Assist with staff training and follow up on areas requiring improvement, providing feedback on staff performance.
Assist the Operations team during audits, inspections, training, and company activities, and support outlets during busy periods or special events when required.
About you
Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Hospitality, F&B Management, or a related field. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Training will be provided for suitable candidates who are responsible, proactive, and willing to learn.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Responsible, proactive, and willing to learn.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced F&B environment.
Willing to travel between outlets when required.
Willing to work weekends or after office hours when required for outlet checks or operational matters.
F&B or operations experience, experience in staff training, assessment, or outlet compliance, and knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and Halal requirements in Singapore are advantages.
