Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for outlet-based roles from sourcing to onboarding.
- Explore innovative sourcing channels to attract blue-collar staff (e.g. job fairs, community networks, social media, referrals).
- Conduct salary and benefits benchmarking to ensure competitiveness.
- Handle work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations (WP/SP/EP) and ensure compliance with MOM regulations.
- Oversee repatriation processes for foreign workers where required.
- Work closely with Operation teams to ensure timely staffing for smooth operations.
Employee Relations & Engagement
- Be the go-to HR contact for employees on queries related to policies, terms of employment and salary matters.
- Perform regular ground engagement at worksites to build rapport, identify concerns early, and boost morale.
- Support in managing grievances and disciplinary matters, including issuance of warning letters, handling investigations, and preparing termination documents.
- Work closely with Ops team to support a positive and compliant work culture.
HR Operations & Compliance
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and P-files, including tracking of contract renewals and pass expiries.
- Generate HR reports (e.g. headcount, turnover, absenteeism) to aid manpower planning.
- Handle airport pass applications/renewals for staff.
- Ensure HR practices are compliant with relevant statutory laws and company policies.
General HR Support
- Assist in HR-related projects.
- Assist in planning and executing internal HR events.
- Other duties and tasks as assigned.
Key Skills & Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of HR experience, with prior exposure to HR Business Partnering preferred.
- Experience in the F&B or hospitality industry is an advantage.
- Familiarity with HR systems (e.g., StaffAny, InfoTech) and local employment regulations.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
