Assistant Sales Manager

Job Description:

• Develop new business opportunities and achieve sales & gross margin targets.

• Build and maintain relationships with M&E consultants, developers, main contractors and M&E contractors.

• Promote BMS, smart building, energy management and related solutions.

• Identify projects early and engage consultants during the design/specification stage.

• Prepare and follow up on quotations, tenders, compliance schedules and proposals.

• Maintain sales pipeline, forecasts and regular customer/project follow-up.

• Monitor market trends, competitors and new project opportunities.

Key Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Engineering, M&E, Mechanical, Building Automation or equivalent.

• 3–5 years' relevant experience for Assistant Sales Manager; more experienced candidates considered for Sales Manager.

• Good knowledge of BMS and ACMV/HVAC.

• Experience in M&E construction, BMS, building automation, smart building or system integration preferred.

• Existing relationships with consultants, contractors and developers are an advantage.

• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation and relationship-building skills.

• Good technical and commercial understanding.
