Receptionist cum Accounts Assistant-Contract (North) [SL]

• Handle incoming calls and customer enquiries professionally.
• Coordinate customer collection arrangements and completed item collections.
• Update and maintain Work Order records.
• Prepare invoices, debit notes, receipts, and delivery orders.
• Handle billing enquiries and e-invoice submission issues.
• Retrieve and maintain purchase orders and other billing documents.
• Ensure delivery orders are accurately updated and invoiced.
• Prepare billing and delivery order status updates.
• Provide general administrative and operational support as required.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of relevant experience in reception, accounts administration, or a similar role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and accounting software.
