Responsibilities

As an Technology Specialist working for an enterprise system integrator, you will be responsible for the design, implementation, and maintenance of IT systems for diverse clients. Your key areas of responsibility will include:

Experience in implementing, configuring, and troubleshooting web application security solutions.

* Good understanding of TCP/IP, HTTP/HTTPS, SSL/TLS, DNS, and networking fundamentals.

* Familiarity with security best practices, attack mitigation, and incident response.

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Client Support and Collaboration:

· Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to clients.

· Collaborate with client IT teams to ensure smooth integration and operation of systems.

· Conduct training sessions and create documentation to support client IT staff.

Continuous Improvement and Innovation:

· Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.

· Identify opportunities for improving existing systems and processes.

Qualifications

1. Educational Qualifications:

· Minimum Diploma with Professional Certifications.

· Relevant certifications (e.g., F5 Certified, Imperva, or other cybersecurity certifications) are an advantage.

2. Soft Skills:

· Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively.

· Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients and team members.

· Team Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively within a team.

3. Professional Experience:

·Relevant Work Experience: At least 3 years of experience in roles of deploying networking and security firewall solutions, preferably in a system integrator environment

·Strong knowledge and practical experience with:

* F5 (LTM,ASM/AWAF, DDoS protection)

* F5 Distributed Cloud (XC) DDoS solutions

* WAAP (Web Application & API Protection) technologies

* Imperva (WAF, DDoS Protection, API Security)

* Familiarity with security best practices, attack mitigation, and incident response.

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
