Job Summary

🕐Working Days and Hours

• Monday to Friday (Staggered office hours - E.g. 8am to 5.30pm, 8.30am to 6pm, 9am to 6.30pm)

🏥Location: Kent Ridge

💰Total Rewards: AWS, Performances Bonuses, and Annual Salary Increment

Job Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers/patients with professionalism and courtesy in person, via telephone, and through digital channels

• Answer enquiries regarding healthcare services, appointments, and company procedures

• Process administrative documentation and maintain organised filing systems, both physical and digital

• Liaise between patients, healthcare providers, and other departments to ensure smooth service delivery

Requirements

• Proven front-end customer service experience, preferably within a healthcare, medical, or related service environment.
