Project Manager

~Roles & Responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other relevant professionals to determine and finalize the project specifications and requirements.

• Negotiate contracts with external vendors to achieve profitable and mutually beneficial agreements.

• Determine the resources required, including manpower, equipment, and materials, from project commencement to completion, while ensuring adherence to budgetary limitations.

• Plan and coordinate all construction operations, including scheduling intermediate project phases, to ensure that project deadlines and milestones are met.

• Acquire the necessary equipment and materials, and monitor inventory and stock levels to ensure timely resolution of any shortages or inadequacies.

• Supervise the work of labourers, mechanics, and other site personnel, providing guidance and support whenever required.

• Identify and engage suitable subcontractors and vendors, and manage the awarding of subcontracts and purchase orders.

• Work closely with the Business Development Manager to support and secure new projects and business opportunities.

• Maintain and monitor customer relationships, including attending and coordinating project/progress meetings, conducting site visits, and managing project-related correspondence.

5 to 10 years experience

Mon - Fri (9am - 6pm), Sat (9am - 1pm)

5.5 day per week
