Key Responsibilities

Data Entry & Records Management

• Enter and update employee information in HR databases and spreadsheets.
• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data confidentiality.
• Verify and organize HR-related data and documents.
• Assist in generating HR reports and updating trackers.

Filing & Documentation

• Organize, scan, and file employee documents and records.
• Maintain both physical and electronic filing systems.
• Ensure HR documents are properly categorized and easily accessible.
• Support document archiving and retrieval when required.

Administrative Support

• Prepare letters, forms, and HR documents.
• Assist with attendance, leave, and staff information updates.
• Handle photocopying, scanning, printing, and document preparation.
• Support general office and HR administrative tasks.
