Branch Executive

Salary:$2,200 to $2,700 per month
Full-time | 5 or 6-day work week | No work on Public Holidays

About the Role

We are looking for a friendly and responsible Branch Executive to join our outlet team.

You will be based at one of our retail outlets and will help customers with their laundry and dry-cleaning orders. This role is suitable for someone who enjoys serving customers, can work independently, and takes pride in keeping things organised.

Training will be provided.

Job Descriptions:

• Serve customers at the outlet in a friendly and professional manner
• Receive garments from customers and return completed orders
• Check garments, tag items, and enter order details into the system
• Handle customer questions through walk-in, phone, WhatsApp, or email
• Collect payments by cash, credit card, or other cashless payment methods
• Keep the outlet clean, tidy, and presentable
• Register new customers and update customer details in the system
• Work with the factory and customer service team when there are customer issues
• Make sure daily sales, payments, and documents are accurate

Job Requirements

• Minimum GCE ‘N’ / ‘O’ Level or equivalent
• Able to speak and write in good English
• Friendly, polite, and well-groomed
• Comfortable using a computer and payment terminal
• Responsible and able to work independently
• Good working attitude and willing to learn
• Retail or customer service experience is helpful, but not compulsory

Working Hours

Depending on the outlet, working hours may be:

• 10am / 11am to 8pm, or
• 8am to 6pm

We operate on a 6-day work week and are closed on Public Holidays. 5-day is negotiable and on a case-by-case basis.

Work Location

Our outlets are located across Singapore. Outlet placement will be discussed during the interview.
