Job Description:

Recruit123 is helping our client to hire a Customer Service Officer. Our client is an established bank operating a high-volume customer service / contact centre function.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver frontline service across phone, email, and digital banking channels
• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints relating to accounts, cards, loans, and transactions
• Cross-sell relevant banking products and services where appropriate
• Escalate complex cases to relevant departments (fraud, risk, onboarding, operations)
• Maintain accurate case records and ensure SLA/turnaround-time compliance
• Support digital banking adoption by guiding customers through self-service channels

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in any discipline (fresh graduates welcome)
• Prior customer service or call centre experience preferred but not mandatory
• Strong communication skills in English; Mandarin/dialect a plus for older customer segments
• Comfortable with shift work (including evenings/weekends for contact centre roles)
• Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office
