Job Description:
Recruit123 is helping our client to hire a Product/Manufacturing Engineer. Our client is looking for someone to support scale-up of their optical component product lines.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with design and process engineering teams to ensure design-for-manufacturing (DFM) guidelines are met
- Analyze yield and manufacturing data; drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Support component assembly processes including alignment and test
- Prepare product/process reports summarizing trends and recommending corrective actions
- Work cross-functionally to resolve production issues and improve throughput
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- 7+ years' experience in high-volume electronic/optical component manufacturing
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
