We are looking for energetic and motivated individuals to deliver meaningful outdoor learning experiences and adventure-based programmes for youths and adults.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate outdoor and adventure activities in a safe and engaging manner
• Lead participants through experiential learning programmes
• Support team-building, leadership, and personal development activities
• Conduct risk assessments and ensure compliance with safety procedures
• Maintain equipment and programme logistics

Requirements:

• Strong passion for outdoor education and adventure learning
• Comfortable working in outdoor environments and varying weather conditions
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and overnight programmes when required
• Relevant outdoor, instructional, or safety certifications will be an advantage
