Programme Executive (Venue, Events & Marketing Operations)

Duration: 1 year
Location: Novena
Working Hours: Monday - Friday 8.30am to 6pm

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate venue setup and ensure training rooms, meeting spaces, and event facilities are ready for programmes and events.
• Manage event logistics, including room arrangements, registration, signage, participant flow, and post-event restoration.
• Conduct AV and hybrid event readiness checks, including microphones, cameras, displays, and virtual meeting platforms.
• Troubleshoot basic technical issues and coordinate with vendors or internal teams when required.
• Support marketing activities by coordinating programme and event listings across websites, social media platforms, and registration channels.
• Assist with event publicity, content capture, and post-event promotional activities.
• Monitor and enhance the participant experience, identifying opportunities to improve service delivery and event execution.
• Maintain SOPs, operational checklists, and process documentation while driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Events Management, Marketing, Business, Hospitality, or a related field.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in event operations, venue management, training administration, or marketing support.
• Strong organisational and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple activities simultaneously.
• Comfortable working with AV equipment, virtual meeting platforms, and digital marketing tools.
