💰 Salary: SGD 4,500

🕒 Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

📌 May be required to stay back for critical project works

✅ Requirements:

* Strong experience in electrical construction projects

* Proven experience in project costing, budgeting, material control, and manpower planning

* Strong written and verbal communication skills

* Good leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills

* Able to manage multiple projects/tasks and work independently

📝 Job Scope:

* Plan and manage electrical construction projects from start to completion

* Define project scope, schedules, manpower, materials, and resources

* Coordinate project teams, subcontractors, clients, and other stakeholders

* Prepare project costing and monitor labour, material, and overall project budget

* Monitor daily project progress and ensure milestones are achieved on schedule

* Identify project risks and resolve site/project issues promptly

* Control material usage, procurement requirements, and project resources

* Conduct team meetings and ensure responsibilities are clearly assigned

* Maintain regular communication with clients and provide project updates

* Implement quality control to ensure works meet project specifications and client requirements

* Adjust project plans and resources when required to keep projects on track
