Secretary/Clerk/Sales Clerk

Hello! We currently have an opening for a Clerk / Admin Assistant / Sales Clerk position located near Aljunied / Eunos MRT (EW7).

Job Details:

• Position: Clerk / Admin Assistant / Sales Clerk
• Location: Aljunied / Eunos MRT area
• Basic Salary: S$1,800 – S$2,000
• Commission available, with an estimated total monthly income of around S$2,300
• Gender: Female
• Age: 21–30 years old
• Status: Singapore PR / Local

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday
• 8:00am – 5:30pm
• One day per week will require working until 6:00pm

Requirements:

• Previous clerical or administrative experience
• Relevant educational qualifications
• Basic computer skills
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Able to communicate fluently in English and Mandarin
• Sales-related experience will be an advantage

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle general clerical and administrative duties
• Assist with sales-related documents and records
• Follow up on daily office matters
• Assist with customer communication and internal coordination

Benefits:

• 7 days of annual leave, increasing by 1 day each year up to a maximum of 21 days
• 7 days of sick leave
