Front Desk Executive – Premium Wellness Centre

Location: Orchard, Singapore
Salary: S$2,200 – S$2,800 per month, depending on experience
Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner.
• Manage customer appointments and coordinate booking schedules.
• Handle customer payments and related front desk transactions.
• Answer incoming calls and respond to emails and WhatsApp enquiries.
• Provide customers with information on available services, treatments and products.
• Perform general front desk and customer service duties.
• Maintain a professional and organised reception area.

Job Requirements

• Able to communicate effectively to assist customers.
• Comfortable working rotating shifts, including late-night shifts and weekends.
• Proficient in basic computer applications and Microsoft Office.
• Customer service or front desk experience will be an advantage.
• Well-groomed with good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to work overtime when required.
• Candidates who are available to start immediately will be preferred. Candidates serving up to one month’s notice may also be considered.

Working Hours

Rotating shifts include:

• 10:00am – 6:00pm, approximately 2 days per week
• 12:00pm – 10:00pm, approximately 1 day per week
• 3:00pm – 2:00am, approximately 2–3 days per week

Candidates must be able to work on weekends.

Transport allowance will be provided for late-night shifts.
