Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain business intelligence dashboards, management reports, and performance scorecards to support business quality monitoring, risk oversight, and strategic decision-making.
  • Lead data extraction, transformation, validation, and analysis activities, ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and integrity across multiple data sources.
  • Perform advanced data analysis to identify trends, patterns, anomalies, and emerging risks, translating complex data into actionable business insights and recommendations.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to understand reporting and analytics requirements, providing data-driven insights that support operational effectiveness, governance, and business performance improvement initiatives.
  • Design and enhance data visualization solutions using appropriate analytics tools to improve management reporting, monitoring capabilities, and decision-making effectiveness.
  • Drive data governance and data quality initiatives, including the establishment of data controls, quality checks, and monitoring mechanisms to ensure reliable and accurate reporting.
  • Identify opportunities to leverage data analytics to strengthen risk management, compliance monitoring, fraud detection, and business quality oversight.
  • Evaluate existing business processes and operational controls, utilizing data analytics to identify improvement opportunities and recommend sustainable solutions.
  • Lead and support process automation initiatives, leveraging analytics and digital tools to improve efficiency, productivity, and reporting effectiveness.
  • Support Distribution Financial Control (DFC) and other business initiatives by performing in-depth data analysis, identifying key findings, preparing management reports, and providing recommendations for follow-up actions.
  • Develop predictive and diagnostic analytics capabilities where applicable, enabling proactive management of business quality indicators, operational risks, and emerging business issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to establish meaningful KPIs, monitoring frameworks, and analytics-driven performance measurement practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in any discipline but preferably Business, Data Analytics, Risk Management
  • Minimum 6-10 years of working experience in audit and compliance relevant (preferred) to the insurance / financial industry
  • Good understanding of regulations, insurance business and operations
  • Good problem solving and communication skills
  • Good analytical skills
  • Report writing skills
  • Able to work under pressure and independently
